About the Artist
Jim Boyd is a singer/songwriter from the Lakes Band of the Colville Indian Reservation in Washington, State.

His music best fits into the Native American Contemporary category fusing many genres with lyrics of Indian issues.

Boyd collaborated with writer friend Sherman Alexie on songs included on the Miramax motion picture SMOKE SIGNALS, which is also included on his Reservation Blues CD as well as the soundtrack on TVT Records.

Boyd takes you on an uplifting journey with this recording. Many of these songs are very motivational or spiritual and as many have said "Just makes you feel good."
