Disinformation

Editorial Reviews
Kenyon Hopkin, All Music Guide
A big step forward ... the production is improved [but] there's still an inescapable comparison to early-'80s synth pop.

Barnes, Frontiers Magazine, Feb 2001
A haunting landscape that balances emotional distance and a deeply felt sense of present dread. Scary, smart stuff indeed.

Album Description
The third album from Boston expatriate Myke Weiskopf's experimental electronic pop project, Science Park. Revealing a broader sonic palette than previous work, "Disinformation" brings Weiskopf's characteristically lush production to the fore. However, the sound is darker and less "pop," and a stark emotional uneasiness prevails. Recommended for fans of Stina Nordenstam, Laurie Anderson, Lisa Germano, and the moodier strains of mid-'80s new wave.
