Album Description
This is the first release by the new band u i blue, based in Chattanooga TN, with founding members, main vocalist, Laura Lindstrom and songwriter/guitarist, Jon Paul Davis. Using Folk guitar riffs and vocal melodies mixed with Symphonic Progressive Rock influences, u i blue carves a new niche in the folk-rock world. With production by Glass Hammer, Sound Resources and Monsieur Boss Productions, this first enterprise has been described as "intoxicating" and "imminently listenable". Instruments include acoustic, electric guitars and piano by Jon Paul Davis, mellotron, ebow, electric guitars, keyboards and drums by Fred Schendel of Glass Hammer, keyboards by Steve Babb of Glass Hammer, bass guitar by Terry Clouse, viola, violin, cello by the Adonai String Trio clarinet by Jay Craven, and a guest vocal on Track 2 by Tracy Boyette.
