Pearl Jam's unprecedented documentation of its 2000 tour is intended to both foil bootleggers and please its fans. More importantly, it underscores the band's intentions to put music before all else. This show marked the band's first visit to Poland in several years, and they celebrate the occasion with some jokes about all the "Magdas" they'd met that day and by playing a rich set that leans heavily on Binaural and somewhat more than usual on Vitalogy and No Code. The typically long and free-flowing encore is highlighted by the "Jeremy" B-side "Footsteps"; their gentle, affectionate cover of "Last Kiss"; and riveting, electric romps of "Alive" and Neil Young's "Rockin' in the Free World." --Jerry McCulley
