Editorial Reviews Tom is inspired by various genres and artists, from Skinny Puppy and Assemblage 23, to Frank Zappa, the Residents, and the Beatles. These eclectic inspirations, along with Tom's own musical vision, come together to form the unique sound, that is Observe and Control. Observe and Control are known for their live performances, and have supported/performed with such giants such as Apoptygma Berserk and Das Ich. During its brief history, O&C has remixed tracks for some of today's leading EBM and alternative acts, such as Matrix, Regenerator, Sero.Overdose, Namnambulu and F.O.D.

Album Description
Description: Observe and Control is a dark ebm project hailing from Israel. Their debut album, "Utopia" is loaded with pounding beats, absorbing melodies and unusually intense lyrics...all mastered to perfection. "Utopia" covers a wide range of sub-genres including industrial, ebm, experimental, electro, future pop, etc. and yet remains remarkably intact.
