About the Artist
Dealership are a trio from Berkeley, California who like to play noisy but sweet songs. Starting from scratch almost five years ago, the three friends learned to play their instruments as they went along - none had played in a band before. Their first album, Secret American Livingroom, received glowing reviews from press, and created a multinational group of devoted fans.
Album Description
Dealership's second album, tv highway to the stars, sensitively explores a range of feelings, from alienation and betrayal to yearning and love. Driven by melody, embellished with tight boy-girl harmonies and punctuated by the occasional synth and distortion pedal, the 14 songs on the album promise to hook you with a deceptively simple pop that shimmers with ironic self-awareness.
