About the Artist
God Module is a dark electronic dance project based out of Orlando Florida. Drawing influences from a variety of electronic and traditional styles of music, God Module's main programmer and vocalist Jasyn Bangert, combines dark synthetic rhythm structures and pounding beats, within an unexpectedly melodic style of programming. Resulting in what many have called the perfect hybrid of the dark EBM and synth/future pop genres. The debut God Module CD "Artificial" received rave reviews in the underground media throughout the world. The CD was initially released on InceptionRecords in North America, with the German label Trisol/Matrix Cubeunleashing God Module on the unsuspecting European scene. "Artificial" was followed by the "Perception EP". In2002 work was finished on the 2nd God Module CD "Empath". "Empath" was released in early 2003 on the newly formed N. American label Sector 9 Studiosas well as Out Of Line records in Germany. The new CD focused on subjectsfar more personal to it's creator than the ones before, reanimating a power in the sound of God Module that was only glimpsed at on the previous EP. The release of "Empath also signaled the arrival of both longtime God Mod contributor Courtney Tittiger and Byron C. Miller as collaborators musically and as the new live members of God Module.
