Album Description
Thumb. After having achieved stardom (to the tune of more than 100,000 units sold) in their native homeland of Germany, Thumb successfully crossed the Atlantic for the first time in 1998 with their US debut,“Exposure”. Three years later, the quintet is primed and ready for round two, as Thumb prepares for the release of “3”, their sophomore effort for Victory Records. Aggressive and thought provoking, Thumb’s music showcases an element of diversity and mass appeal that makes the band accessible to mainstream rock and rock/rap fans. “3” shows the natural progression and maturation of this talented bunch of musicians, including the recent addition of former Waterdown guitarist Axel Prallert.
