Siren

The last studio album of Roxy's whirlwind early glam-art period, the 1975 Siren gave them their first solid U.S. success with "Love Is the Drug." That disco-tinged rocker cleverly limned Bryan Ferry's romantic obsessions, but it is hardly the only gem here; the blitzkrieg of "Both Ends Burning" and the yearning "Just Another High" are among the others. --Rickey Wright
