'Little Chick Tsunami' is the third long-playing foray for the one-woman show/project that is astroPuppees. Not a band, they are the brainchild of Kelley Ryan, who constructs the 'puppees idiosyncratic, twenty-first century Pop songs from an unusual selection of 'found' elements in her home studio. Kelley marries the kind of hook-laden pop that has references to the golden eras of the music's past, but has the lyrical perspective of a human being trying to make sense of the madness of contemporary living.
