Editorial Reviews Several tracks benefit from the added contribution of some friends on violin, viola and cello. Callow have a huge local following, and the band will be playing shows in Tennessee, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey to support the album... Up is a Direction, Not a Location combines four songs apiece from the bands first two self-released EPs along with four new songs exclusive to this album. The music is a blend of pop-infused melancholy and alt.country melody.
