About the Artist
Twenty-four years ago, Temitope Odunayo Abidoye was born in Lagos, Nigeria as the eldest child in a family of six. At the age of 7, Nayo (as she is better known these days) began to split her schooling between the UK & Nigeria. It was at this time that Nayo began singing in church, performing at weddings and developing her artistry.

Living between Nigeria & the UK amidst two rich music scenes, helped influence Nayo’s own song writing and added to her broad range of musical knowledge. In conjunction with her own unique cultural background, these elements combine to shape who Nayo is as a writer, performer, musician and person.Nayo is a driven & talented artist and so, in pursuit of her goal to become a successful songwriter & performer, the next stop for her was Los Angeles, CA.

Soon after graduating from Pepperdine University with a Bachelor of Science in Business and emphasis in Finance, she secured her first job in the Music Industry. Although not glamorous, it was her internship in the A&R department at Sony Music that opened a new door resulting in her first major break; she was signed to a development deal.

This commitment with Sony Music provided Nayo the opportunity to share her talent with a host of A-list songwriters and producers in collaborative writing sessions. These sessions with established writers such as Billy Mann (Sting), Patrick Leonard (Madonna), Peter Vettese (Dido) & Simon Climie (Eric Clapton), have contributed to further mature Nayo into the prolific songwriter she is today.

Writing & performing comes naturally to Nayo, and the experience she has garnered in her short professional career has brought welcomed comparisons with existing sounds from artists like Seal, Dido, Sade & Annie Lennox. She describes her music as a "soft blend of sour apple martini mixed with some tequila and a pinch of brown sugar, only to be served when chilled". The result: a long time addiction to the uber-creative & soulful blend of her sultry uniqueness and style. A perfect hybrid of various musical influences, Nayo has found her niche amidst today’s linear musical age. The songs, vibe & broad range appeal of Nayo are propelling her towards becoming an artist with global appeal on a super star level…

Album Description
Party Fever (Maxi Single) is just very descriptive of its title. The single starts of with the original song very sexy, sophisticated, showcasing Nayo's vocals which are completely dynamic and refreshing; yet soft and orgasmic giving the complete "turn-you-on-vibe". With the amazing guitar solo and fresh African-bassanova- pop-electronica beats, the song is one to become an international classic. The Beechouse Lounge Mix is a club mix reminiscent of the 80's and just makes you get on the dance floor and sweat out with a wah guitar driving the entire song. The third track is remixed by DJ Punk FM and would have Ibiza and Miami DJ's and dance floors going into complete overdrive with this brilliant, upbeat and addictive techno/dance remix. The Pedigree Mix which is very retro 70's disco era with the sampled drums from Michael Jackson's Billy Jean and great horn section that just take you straight to Studio 54 and gives a different dynamic feel to the selection. The instrumental is a great cool out time followed by the snippet of Sparrow showing radiance and beauty in the range and intensity of Nayo's vocals and lyrics which make you want to download the single instantly.
