Album Description
A collection of peace-giving music, this CD was created as a companion to the book, Kundalini Yoga, by Shakta Kaur Khalsa. It can also be enjoyed on its own anytime you want to relax, heal, meditate, and pray. Some titles are in English, and some in the sacred language of Gurmukhi, which is rooted in Sanskrit.
