Billy Joe Garner is the pseudonym for Billy H. Garner. Billy has a Bachelors from The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, and a Masters degree from The University of Texas-Houston. He currently works in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, as a CRNA. His Blackjack background goes back to the mid 1980's when he lived in Reno, NV, and played frequently at the many casinos there and in the Tahoe area. Currently he plays in ST. Louis, MO, and Tunica, MS.
