About the Artist
Lew Woodall has been playing guitar for over forty years. Lew is a Virginia native whose musical experience includes blues, soul, beach, and rock and roll; but his great love is jazz. Lew is a self taught and soulful guitarist. Lew plays a Gibson ES 175-D.
Indiana born, Royce Campbell is an accomplished guitarist who has performed with many jazz greats. He has released 10 of his own recordings and performed on many others as a sideman. His project G-5: Tribute to Wes Montgomery reached #3 on the National Radio Charts.
Composer/Double Bassist Matt Kendrick was born in North Carolina and attended the North Carolina School of the Arts. He has performed with many well-known jazz musicians in a career that has included extensive travels and recordings. Matt is an instructor at Wake Forest University in Electric Bass and Jazz Improvisation.
Drummer, Joel Lubliner, a West Virginia native, has been playing drums since the age of 14. His love of jazz emerged in his prep school days in Washington D. C. where he frequented The Showboat Lounge owned by Charlie Byrd. Joel plays Gretsch Drums and Istanbul Cymbals.
