About the Artist
Forrest is a multi-instrumentalist. Forrest has overcome many obstacles in his young life. At the age of nineteen, he was overtaken by a stroke. He experienced the healing power of Jesus Christ. He has determined to let the world know of the Amazing Grace of Jesus Christ.

He has developed a love for his music. He developed that love through much practice. He has a special anointing to play his saxophone.

Forrest Davis, Jr. began his music career when he was a junior in highschool. He received the calling to be a saxophonist. He began to take sax lesson from his band teacher, Thomas Braxton. Forrest practiced almost non-stop on a daily basis, and even now, he continues to put much time in developing his talent. Forrest has strong work ethics.

Forrest has shared the stage with Bishop T.D. Jakes, Beverly Crawford, Barbara Conrad, Sue Mitz, Arlington Jones, Vernard Johnson, and many others who share his love for music.

Forrest has played at the National Baptist Convention USA Inc.,The First Baptist Church of Dallas, First United Methodist of Dallas, Prestonwood Baptist Church, Day Spring of Dallas Baptist University, and many other churches, as well as other musical events.

This is the first CD release for Forrest. The CD is entitled, "I Surrender All". Look for his next release in summer/fall of 2001.
