"Sanctuary" performs contemplative improvisations based on Gregorian Chant. We transcend these ancient materials by fusing them with new forms of Jazz and our own contemporary music. For our listeners, we create an aural space of immense acceptance, a sonic refuge for the soul. The acoustic combination of Cello, Pipe Organ and Bass Clarinet when performed in resonant, sacred spaces creates a sound that is lyrical, intense and mystical.
