Crusin' by Eric Darius, is an easy listening smooth jazz CD, that will both soothe you at moments, and then make you want to get on the dance floor. The CD is very well paced, as it flows and grooves with a smooth R&B flavor. The opening track, "Embrace" is a very senusuous tune, as it sets the mood of the CD. "Cruisin'", the title track, is an upbeat song that will make you move to the funky groove. The other compositions on this CD, which Eric Darius wrote include, the romantic "Burning Passion" and "My Heart's Desire", and the smooth grooving "Moonlight". The CD also includes wonderful renditions of the cover tunes, "Love TKO", "Ribbon In The Sky", and "Tell Me It's Real". Although only 20 years old, Darius plays with so much soul and passion. His fresh, unique style and sound will captivate you, leaving you wanting more. If you like the music of Kirk Whalum, Kenny G, Grover Washington Jr., Richard Elliott and Dave Koz, then you will absolutely love this wonderful CD.
