Rankin's Career Began in the Folk Clubs of New York. In 1965, He Played Rhythm Guitar on Bob Dylan's Famed 'subterranean Homesick Blues' and 'maggie's Farm' Recordings. Around that Period, He Managed to Perform on Johnny Carson's "Tonight Show". He was So Well Received that He Returned as Many as 25 Times Over the Next Few Years. Johnny Carson Himself Became a Huge Fan and Even Wrote the Liner Notes for This, his 1967 Debut Album. Not Available in the USA.
