Jorge Pardo is a preeminent figure on the international contemporary jazz scene, in addition to one of the most famous and prestigious musicians to emerge ever from the "new flamenco" movement. Pardo, a superb flute and sax player, is a permanent member of Paco de Lucia's band, collaborating and touring with the amazing guitar player. He has also been involved in many well-regarded albums by other artists, including Camaron de la Isla.

Pardo is the leader of such interesting projects as D'3 (free-jazz in Coleman's style) and the Jorge Pardo Trio (featuring Carles Benavent and Tino DiGeraldo).
