About the Artist
From Los Angeles to Oshkosh.
Playing guitar since the age of ten, Chris White has developed strong techniques in various styles. Travelling with Jazz groups, Funk, Rock, Christian Rock and Country...you name it and he's accomplished in it.
With a music degree from St. Mary's University in Winona Minnesota. White began playing jazz gigs with his professors and learned quickly on the job from players who have gone on to play with muscians such as: Ornette Coleman, Louise mandrell, Prince, Roland Vasquez...the list goes on. Hailing now from Oshkosh, when he's not on the road, Chris plays with his 7-piece Contemporary Jazz group called PLAYTIME.
