From Jazziz
When Steve Rudolph moved to Harrisburg, Pennsylvania in 1978 as the pianist with Buddy Morrow & The Tommy Dorsey Orchestra, he was made an offer he couldn't refuse. He was asked by the owner of the local Holiday Inn to head up the hotel's jazz program. Ever since, he's performed there six nights a week, and each week he brings in a new guest artist of his choice. Musicians such as Johnny Coles and Steve Turre have come down to Harrisburg for weekly residencies. On his new CD, Everything I Love, Rudolph is joined by Dwayne Dolphin, Roger Humphries, and Steve Varner.
