French guitar player Herry ANSKER performs an ethnic music, not so far away from the style of SIXUN. Apart from Africa, his native Brittany was an obvious inspiration for his guitar soli, that strongly remind Dan AR BRAS'. "Next World" (1999) shows a diversity of ambiances, of beautiful and strong melodies, of elaborated arrangements. This little masterpiece represents a perfect synthesis between jazz-rock fusion and world music.
