About the Artist
Greg Utech has been playing the drums for 24 years in various musical genres including jazz, rock and fusion. He has a strong theatre background and has written scores for the stage.
Spank features producer, Rick Matle, on guitar, percussion and bass. Phil Kelly, well-known Detroit pianist, adds his keyboard artistry. Guest artists include Sheila Landis, a Detroit fixture on vocals; and Walt Szymanski, Detroit-native-now-New-Yorker, who lends his trumpet talents to the title track, "Spank." Mark Rutkowskis audio diary of his sojourn to Bali graces several songs on the CD as well.
Brent Harris artwork features illustrations of his sculpted works, Robot Chicks ©.
