A CRT monitor from NEC, the AS900 is a 19-inch (18-inch viewable image size) display designed for small business and home use. A maximum resolution of 1,600 x 1,200 and 0.25 mm dot pitch combine with unlimited display colors (dependent upon video card) to provide detailed, true-to-life images suitable for a wide variety applications.
With its 17.6-by-18.5-inch footprint, the AS900 fits easily onto your desktop. The Opticlear anti-static, anti-glare screen treatment nearly eliminates glare even in bright rooms, and FST shadow mask technology further sharpens focus. The AS900 connects to the computer via its 15-pin D-sub connector, while the onscreen controls provide an easy way to adjust a wide variety of monitor settings, including brightness, contrast, H/V position, H/V size, color temperature, and more.
The AS900 has a horizontal scan frequency range of 30 KHz to 98 kHz and a vertical frequency range of 50 Hz to 160 Hz, while its 100 to 240 V, 50/60 Hz power supply has a current rating of 2.0A. Energy Star certified, the AS900 is plug-and-play ready to use right out of the box. It weighs 40.8 lbs. Compatible with both PC and Macintosh systems, the AS900 also comes backed with a three-year limited warranty on parts, labor, and picture tube.
