ATTO ExpressPCI host adapters are capable of full block transfers of 512 bytes while using about 1/3 of the PCI bandwidth used by other SCSI host adapters. These adapters make efficient use of the PCI bus by implementing optimized data transfer methods and utilize innovative processes that enable dynamic sharing of the PCI bus bandwidth in sophisticated environments.
