The AHA-1510A host adapter is an ideal choice for economical connection of multiple SCSI peripherals and is particularly well suited to bundling with non-bootable peripherals. Supporting Fast SCSI, with transfer speeds of 10 Mbytes/sec, the AHA-1510A provides advanced features such as synchronous and asynchronous data transfer, support for multitasking and full DMA support. The AHA-1510A can be supplied with Adaptec EZ-SCSI software, which includes enhanced SCSI device support via added CD-ROM and tape backup utilities such as Magic Lantern, a Photo CD-Viewer.
