Images and data can be downloaded quickly from flash memory cards used in many applications, including digital cameras and MP3 devices. At the speed of 480 Mpbs per second, USB technology transfer rates are at least 50 times faster than the standard digital camera connection. The Viking InterWorks IntelliFlash supports up to 12 different types of flash memory cards with adapters including Memory Stick, Memory Stick PRO, Memory Stick Duo, Memory Stick PRO Duo, MicroDrive, Mini SecureDigital, Secure Digital, SmartMedia, CompactFlash, MultiMedia Card and Reduced Size MultiMedia Cards.
