About the Author
Mark H. Walker has written numerous computer related books and software user manuals, including the Visio Bible. He has also authored numerous articles on Visio and general computing for a variety of publications, including Visio Smart Pages, Interaction Magazine, SoftSeek, Deep Canyon, Smart Solutions, Alaskan Airlines, and Informant Communications.
Nanette Eaton cowrote Microsoft Visio 2002 Inside Out (Microsoft Press, 2001). She is an award-winning software writer who spent five years on the inside at Visio Corporation as a senior technical writer and managing Web editor. In her 15 years with the software industry, she has written more than 20 programmer guides and user manuals for business professionals and software developers, including Using Visio Enterprise 5.0, Modeling in Visio Enterprise 5.0, and Using Visio Technical 4.0. She also helped create the acclaimed Developing Visio Solutions series. She currently works as a writer and editor at Microsoft.
