About the Author
Kay Unkroth has specialized in Microsoft messaging technologies for more than 12 years. He started his career as a Microsoft support specialist in Central Europe before he founded his own consulting company in 1996. Kay supports Exchange administrators in companies of any size around the globe through training, consulting, and authoring. Scott Schnoll is the Product Support Manager for TNT Software, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner in Vancouver, Washington, that specializes in Microsoft Windows® system and network management applications.
