About the Author
Kay Norton (Ph.D., University of Colorado, Boulder) is Assistant Professor of Music, University of Missouri-Kansas City's Conservatory of Music. Primarily an Americanist, she also researches in interdisciplinary studies and French music from 1870 to 1930 and has written for the Sonneck Society, "International Federation for Choral Music Bulletin", and "Music Research Forum."
